Shipping policy
At Colossal Diamond Tools, we want to make sure our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. Here is some important information about our shipping policy:
Processing Time: Our processing time for orders is typically 1-3 business days for stocked items. For non stocked items or special orders we will drop ship directly to clients will be processed the following business day. We will contact our customer to inform when the manufacturer will ship the item. We process orders from Monday to Friday only. During busy periods, processing time may be longer. If you have any concerns or questions about the status of your order, please contact us. Please note that our stores and warehouse are closed during Saturday and Sundays all Federally observed Holidays and all orders will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods including standard ground, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping options and pricing will be presented at checkout. Please note HAZMAT or large items that require LTL may require us to quote the shipping after the item has been purchased.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. Shipping rates are presented at checkout.
Shipping Time: We ship orders within the day if they are placed before our cut-off time of 3 PM CST from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 3 PM CST or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the US, while international shipping is currently not available. Expedited and express shipping options are available for faster delivery.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Shipping Restrictions: All HAZMAT items, including powders, adhesives, liquids, aerosols, and cleaners, are restricted to ground shipping only. We currently only ship within the United States. While we can ship to PO boxes, we highly recommend providing a physical address for your shipment. This recommendation is based on the size and dimensions of the package. Pick-Up Orders: Customers also have the option to pick up their orders from our two store locations in Oklahoma City and Dallas. Simply present the email confirmation of your order and there will be no additional charges for pick-up orders from our two convenient locations:
For orders that require shipping, we use either USPS or UPS as our carriers of choice, depending on the customer's preference at checkout. Shipping fees are determined by the carrier's rates and will be calculated during the checkout process.
